MINNO GROUP (Unit #9 - 103 4501 North Rd, Burnaby, BC V3N 4R7) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, who can see it and what choices you have.

We follow British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where it applies, Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information you give us by phone, text message or in person is handled under the same principles. If you have questions, ask our Privacy Officer.

Like most websites, the servers that deliver this site record basic technical details of each visit, such as the IP address, the date and time, the pages requested and the type of browser. We use them only to keep the site working and secure.

This website does not use cookies or advertising trackers.

The site notes in your browser's local storage how long you looked at each part of it, so that the parts you spent the most time on can come first on your next visit. It contains no personal information and is not sent to us.

Some pages load photographs from storage.googleapis.com, which receives your IP address and browser details.

Some pages load photographs from firebasestorage.googleapis.com, which receives your IP address and browser details.

Some pages link to other websites, such as Uber Eats, Google Maps, Instagram, menu11 and MINNO Market (minnomarket.com). When you follow a link, that website's own privacy policy applies.

  • Pages are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect yours.

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you, how we use it and who we have shared it with
  • correct information that is wrong or incomplete
  • stop using your information (withdraw your consent)

Contact our Privacy Officer to make a request. We will respond within 30 days. If a small fee applies, we will tell you the amount before we start. If we cannot give you access to some information, for example where the law prevents it, we will tell you why.

We reply to your request by phone, text message or email, using the contact details you gave us. We do not send marketing messages unless you have agreed to receive them. Every marketing message will say who we are and how to unsubscribe, and we will act on unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we change how we use personal information, we will ask for your consent again where the law requires it.
